This photograph clearly shows damage caused by ignorant horse riders, from a local trekking centre walking their horses over the same piece of ground day in, day out. This area is one of the many forest lawns, found around the New Forest, and a popular area for people to enjoy. Now ruined by  commercial parasites whose sole purpose being  to make money from the forest and give nothing back. The ruts are almost 1ft. deep and any rain causes this strip of lawn to become a quagmire.
